Instructions

PREPARATION

  • Herbs & Fruits | Carefully wash, rinse and prep each ingredient according to the ingredients list.
  • Making Doogh | If you cannot get your hands on doogh ( yogurt soda/drink) you can make it easily at home using yogurt. Mix your yogurt in a bowl with half lemon, ½ tsp of salt and 1 part water ( 3 parts yoghurt -1 part water ). Mix well, taste it, if you like your doogh more sour you can add more lemon or salt for more flavor.

ARRANGEMENT

  • Soup | Use a medium to large bowl and pour the doogh. In no particular order you can add all the ingredients except ( dried bread & Rose buds ( petals). The dried bread and rose petals should go on as a topping/ garnish right before serving. You can store the mixture in the fridge for 24 hours.
  • Optional ingredients | You can add all the optional ingredients to this soup to give it additional flavors and textures. Highly recommend it, you can always add your favorite herbs and fruits to make this your own recipe. Crushed Ice gives this soup an extra cooling feel and unique texture when eating it.
