According to food history, this dish became official over 150 years ago when Naser Al-Din Shah Ghajar suggested to his chef to make something different than the usual feast meals, perhaps something common citizens ate. Little did the Shah know the chef and himself created a soup that then became a loved dish by the Shahs and the People all around IRAN.
